As the news of the day increases anxiety throughout the World, always remember that it has never prospered man to seek “Cover” or to seek “Retaliation” or even a “Safe Place”. I’m always reminded of the people that have ventured into the unknown, cold, dark waters of exploration; Moses, Columbus, Lewis & Clark, Neil Armstrong to name a few. All took an enormous leap of Faith, not knowing what was at the end of their Journey.
“Lead us to this high adventure. Remind us that a ‘might fortress is our God’ – not a hiding place where we can escape for an easy life, but rather an arsenal of courage and strength – the mightiest of all, who will march beside us into the battle for righteousness and world brotherhood.” -Dr. Peter Marshall, Chaplin, U.S. Senate 1947-49
“But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”
-Mathew 6:33-34
